Freezing when rendering HTML from Chrome 62

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0 Example URL: https://shadow.wilchan.org/b/thread/41 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Enter the site 2. Freezing 3. Try to do something on site 4. Freezing What is the expected behavior? Not freezing, proper clear render HTML What went wrong? After update to Chrome 62 when i enter to the https://shadow.wilchan.org/b/thread/41 (or other thread) browser is freezing. I thought it was JS or CSS but after remove error still occured. For test im posting in attach HTML without JS and CSS (but only in loading / close to loading because after render there is no HTML manipulations) Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? No Opera Chrome version: 62.0.3202.62 Channel: stable OS Version: 10 Flash Version:

Thank you for the report, wolnewilno@gmail.com. I can reproduce with html.html. Based on the trace (attached), this freeze is a result of a work that's not accounted for. I am going to guess it's the language detection, but it's hard to tell without digging deeper. +joelhockey, since it might be relevant to Web Agents work.

Chrome version 63.0.3239.132 and still active after more than 2 months from start. If you will add more forms make longer freezes. It's freezing after any DOM manipulation (even changing in CSS visibility in other elements) but it not existing in above example (html.html) because it's pure HTML for better understand problem
