Able to reproduce this issue on reported version 62.0.3202.62, on latest canary 64.0.3248.0 using Windows 10,Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.12.6.

Observations:
============
1.In Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.12.6 CPU Usage reaches to 380
2.In Windows 10 it reaches to 98. Attaching screenshots of same.

Same issue is seen in M50 as well. Hence considering this as Non-regression and marking as Untriaged.
