Let's see what happens now that the expectation file was manually corrected.

In addition to that, before that NeverFixTests issue we had quota errors (e.g. https://luci-milo.appspot.com/buildbot/chromium.infra.cron/wpt-importer/3577),  issue 776585  (e.g. https://luci-milo.appspot.com/buildbot/chromium.infra.cron/wpt-importer/3565) and some CQ outages that caused the import process to time out.

BTW the quota issue is  bug 777271 , which blocked a few import during the weekend. The underlying issue is actually ongoing and the infra team has been manually resetting the quota (until all fixes land).
