Generic way to get Javascript errors (and maybe fail on them?) in Telemetry

Currently in Telemetry, if the page throws an error, then the benchmark may still pass (but just give no data). It would be nice if the benchmark could fail if the pages fails that way we would notice when the page starts failing.
