Gerrit recently changed the format of the CL URLs, now some URLs have been too long to fit into the annotationsTAble.blame_url, so some URLS got truncated. I revised some URLs last week.

We can either request deputies to only put short CL URLs like: crosreview/* crosreview/i/* crrev.com/c/559225, or extend the length of blame_url.
