No option to disable "What's New" popup in developer tools

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.62 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Developer Tools after Chrome update
2. Have unwanted "What's New" popup appearing in devtools.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
There should be an option to disable the popup.

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 62.0.3202.62  Channel: stable
OS Version: 
Flash Version:
 
Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
Just close it with an "x" button next to "What's New" text.

You have to do it each time Chrome updates though
