Node screenshot feature fails to capture bootstrap modal content

Reported by cnan...@gmail.com, Oct 23 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.62 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a scrolling modal: http://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.0/components/modal/#scrolling-long-content
2. Open inspector, select div.modal-content, run node screenshot command

What is the expected behavior?
Screenshot properly captures all modal content.

What went wrong?
It creates a screenshot of the proper size, but content below the fold is missing.

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 62.0.3202.62 Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version:

Results the same on earlier 3.x bootstrap versions.
