Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. block has styles
     opacity: 0.8;
     font-size: 300px;
2. in the block the text is duplicated / permission random
3. change opacity to .8
and everything is rendered correctly

if you do not touch opacity 0.8
then the problems begin with font-size 220px

after the upgrade to Version 61.0.3163.100
everything works correctly
