Elements with Transform do not show, specifically a, li elements

Issue descriptionChrome Version : 61.0.3163.100 (Official Build) (64-bit) (cohort: Stable) URLs (if applicable) : https://www.pasadenarecoverycenter.com/ Other browsers tested: Safari, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you have tested this issue: Safari: OK Firefox: not tested IE: OK What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Hover over one of the menu items that has children in the nav-bar(About, Addictions, Levels of Care, Therapies (2) (3) What is the expected result? Menu items display in ul dropdown from parent menu item What happens instead? li/a element is hidden. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. Going into the inspector and changing anything to do with position(relative) or the transform/webkit-transform fixes the issue, however fixing it in the code does not do anything.

Able to reproduce this issue on Windows 7, Mac 10.12.6 and Ubuntu 14.04 with Chrome Stable 62.0.3202.62 and Beta 62.0.3202.62. But unable to repro this issue on Canary 64.0.3247.0. Performed reverse bisect and below is the Bisect Information. Bisect Information: ===================== Good Build 61.0.3141.0 Revision-482153 Bad Build 61.0.3142.0 Revision-482491 Using old bisect script below is the change log: CHANGELOG URL: =============== https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/3b3488538d7cb7ba21ee3766b7a4454df7f5c39a..1e7ac4345c9b98f7a32115809a64f7e86bee33e6 From the above Changelog, unable to find the right suspect.
