I was looking for test results to diagnose  issue 775242 , about failures on the Android One Perf bot, but they are completely absent from the test results dashboard (e.g. [1] shows no Android One files).

I eventually figured out the reason is that the bot has been timing out on this step for a while and, presumably, Telemetry never gets to produce a results.json file to upload.

Wondering whether this is "fine", or if Telemetry should somehow know about the time limit it has and, if time is running low, abort after generating a partial results.json file.

Any thoughts?
