Issue descriptionChrome version: 64.0.3247.0 f82a02e15b3f72736818cbc449df901b90622ecd-refs/heads/master@{#510691}(32/64 bit) OS: Windows (7,8,10) Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch Chrome. 2. Navigate to chrome://serviceworker-internals/ 3. Try to resize the text area for "Log" and observe. Actual Result: Unnecessary scroll bar is seen on resizing the empty text area. Expected Result: Unnecessary scroll bar should not be seen on resizing the text area. This is Regression Issue broken in M-61 and and Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results, Good Build: 61.0.3141.0(Revision: 482154) Bad Build: 61.0.3142.0(Revision: 482491) You are probably looking for a change made after 482188 (known good), but no later than 482189 (first known bad). The scoll bar is necessary. The content height of the TEXTAREA is smaller than the line height. |
