Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: Issue does not reproduce always, however it was reported by couple different users in product I work on and also noticed on different pages. 1. Open page with transparent element What is the expected behavior? Page displayed correctly What went wrong? Pixel artifacts appeared Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? Yes Does this work in other browsers? Pretty hard to find an example which can be easily reproduced, but after some work on my collegue machine we were able to notice very similar behavior on opening excel document at https://office.live.com. Unfortunatelly I am not able to do in on my machine. I'll try to monitor this situation and will get back when I have something new
