"incentivize" is marked as a spelling error.

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Find an editable textbox (e.g. https://crbug.com/wizard)
2. Type "incentivize"
3. Observe red squiggles

What is the expected behavior?
Accept this spelling with no corrections: https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/incentivize

What went wrong?
"incentivize" was marked as spelling error.

alex.ogier@ Thanks for the issue.

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 7 and Ubuntu 14.04 using the latest Stable 62.0.3202.62 and Canary 64.0.3247.0.
This issue is not observed on Mac OS 10.12.6.
This is a Non-Regression issue as this issue is observed from M50 chrome builds.

Hence marking this as 'Untriaged' for further updates from Dev.
