Prerequisite:
1. Go to chrome://flags & Enable ‘Bookmark New Generation iOS’
2. Add a bookmark folder or a bookmark URL to Mobile bookmarks

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch chrome
2. Navigate to bookmarks and tap on mobile bookmarks 
3. Tap slightly away from select button 

Observed results:
Notice that button still works even when not tapped on the button exactly

Note: Same behavior is noticed on all the other button that are present in bottom bar of bookmarks like ‘New Folder, Delete, More and Cancel’

Expected results:
The action on the button should only trigger when tapping on the button only.
