What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Try to open rar file with Files app

What is the expected result?
rar file is mounted and opened.

What happens instead?
error message dialog is shown.

Additional information
cros-disks is failing to create directories for avfs. I suspect that https://crrev.com/c/563738 is causing the issue. If I manually partially revert the CL and make cros-disks run as root, it starts working again.
