Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.  Launch the application 
2.  Create a program 
3.  Try to drag the move block onto the screen 

What is the expected behavior?
 Programs and move blocks should be visible 

What went wrong?
After upgrading to version 61  it is not working 
 This is a school managed chrome book
