Issue is reproducible with steps mentioned below on Windows 10 using reported version 62.0.3202.62, latest canary 64.0.3247.0. 1. Navigated to Bing.com >> Clicked on images and searched for "Monkey" 2. Horizontal scrollbar is seen. This issue is seen in Firefox too. @Reporter: Could you check from your end and let us know whether this issue reproduces for you in other browsers? Thanks!

If I click the "Restore Down" button in Chrome, the horizontal scroll bar disappears, and when I click "Maximize" the horizontal scroll bar reappears

Seeing the same issue here https://www.cnet.com/news/ maybe it's related to this? https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=775986

Able to reproduce the issue on the reported chrome version 62.0.3202.62 and on the latest canary 64.0.3248.0 using Windows10 and Linux 14.04. As the issue is seen from the beginning M50(50.0.2661.0), hence considering it as non-regression and marking it as untriaged. Note: Unable to reproduce on Mac 10.12.6

This happens in Edge, Firefox and Chrome. Not a browser issue but a page issue. It doesn't happen in Mac because it uses overlay scrollbars.
