Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open Chrome 2. Open a website 3. Click a link on the page What is the expected behavior? The link must open only show the information which the user has searched. What went wrong? Instead it opens another tab with the first one regarding some specific awful website or gets redirected to a shopping site Did this work before? Yes Four months back Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: The issue is killing my experience with chrome

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version stable 61.0.3163.100 and latest canary 64.0.3247.0 using Win 10 with the below mentioned steps. 1.Opened Chrome 2.Navigated to a website(https://news.google.co.in) 3.Clicked on a link Observed that the link opened correctly without being directed to any shopping site. @Reporter : Could you please re-try the scenario by creating a new profile. It would be highly helpful if you provide a sample URL where the issue is seen. Please follow below steps to create a New profile (i). Launch chrome>>go to Settings. (ii).Under the section headed People, Click on link Manage other people>>Add person Please find the screencast attached. If the issue still persist please provide your observation for further triaging the issue. Thanks!
