Whenever I open a game, ChromeVox talks to me, yet ChromeVox isn't active. This makes the touchscreen not function on my game, making it useless.

Reported by pbksn...@gmail.com, Oct 21 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9765.81.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.120 Safari/537.36
Platform: 9765.81.0 (Official Build) stable-channel cyan

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a game.
2. Try to touch the screen

What is the expected behavior?
The place I touched to react.

What went wrong?
I don't know.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.120 Channel: n/a
OS Version: 9765.81.0
Flash Version: 27.0.0.130

I am really bummed out that I cant play my games correctly, because some of them require two hands and quick actions, which is not something you can do with only a touch pad...

Hello,

A bug is fixed as of Chrome 63 that should have resolved this issue of the screen reader speaking in Android apps even when ChromeVox is off. Please update your Chromebook and try again. If you're still having trouble, please reopen this issue. Thanks!

Here is an article on updating: https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/177889?hl=en

I am merging this issue into master issue 761185 .

Thanks,

Laura
