Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.62 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. fresh install 2. choose a dropdown option 3. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Also on normal webpages dropdown are not selectable. Version 62 is fine. Did this work before? It seems the reason is the lacking of an installer, I try now to install Chrome and then copy Chromium over it.

perhelion1@ Thanks for the issue. Tested this issue on Windows 7 and Mac OS on latest Stable 62.0.3202.62 and Canary 64.0.3247.0 and unable to reproduce the issue by following the below steps. 1. Freshly installed Chrome and launched it. 2. Opened a webpage with dropdown and able to select it. No issues are observed. As per comment #2, request you to please retry the issue after re-installing Chrome and update the thread if there are any issues. Thanks..

I installed now version 65 and this also doesn't appear anymore for me. I simply installed the regular Chrome (with installer) and used Chromium not anymore. @susanjuniab, @jmukthavaram
