Dont see picture but can hear only audio while playing a video

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open Facebook / Coursera
(2) Scroll to you view a video

What is the expected result?
Video should play with video and audio

What happens instead?
Can only hear audio
Picture is black in video

Can reproduce consistantly
