builer view info column can vary greatly in size, making it hard to scan

Project Member Reported by estaab@chromium.org, Oct 21 2017

Issue description

The info column in the builder view can have 1 line or a large number, resulting in tiny rows and really tall rows. This can be hard to scan when reading through history.

Perhaps we should make them a fixed height of 2 or 3 lines and let people click to expand or hover to see the full list of failed steps.

WDYT?

Or you can have a very wide info column, if it is last.
Or add a column dynamically for each error, i.e. have Err1, Err2, Err3, etc. columns.

i meant, between two options ynovikov@ suggested, i prefer first one
however, dynamically expanding/collapsing might be better. I will try that.

Can we wait to discuss this in the next meeting before implementing anything? I don't think this is launch-blocking (nor pri-2) and the other style issues are less controversial (e.g. left-aligning the gerrit CL link column).
