Issue descriptionThe info column in the builder view can have 1 line or a large number, resulting in tiny rows and really tall rows. This can be hard to scan when reading through history. Perhaps we should make them a fixed height of 2 or 3 lines and let people click to expand or hover to see the full list of failed steps. WDYT?

i meant, between two options ynovikov@ suggested, i prefer first one however, dynamically expanding/collapsing might be better. I will try that.

Can we wait to discuss this in the next meeting before implementing anything? I don't think this is launch-blocking (nor pri-2) and the other style issues are less controversial (e.g. left-aligning the gerrit CL link column).
