Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Save the attached file "page_glitch_html.html" locally. 2. Open the attached file on Chrome Browser (Version 61.0.3163.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)) on Windows 10 3. You will notice that the grayscale filter has glitches. 4. On smaller window sizes you will notice that the glitch gets worst. 5. You might have to refresh the page a couple times to see the issue. What is the expected behavior? We shouldn't be seeing any such glitches in the grayscale filter. What went wrong? When the "Use hardware acceleration when available" option is turned on, this issue is seen. But when this option is turned off you will not see this glitch. The -webkit-filter:grayscale(100%) and the opacity seem to be causing the issue. Did this work before? Yes N/A Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 27.0 r0

rabinwilliam@ Thanks for the feedback. Re-tested this issue on Windows 10,7, Mac OS 10.12.6 and Ubuntu 14.04 on latest Canary 64.0.3248.0, Stable 62.0.3202.62, dev 63.0.3239.9 and Beta 62.0.3202.62 and unable to reproduce this issue. Launched the given html file with Hardware Acceleration Enabled and could not observe any glitches on the page. As per comment #2, as the issue is not reproduced on the latest Stable version, can you please confirm if we can close this issue? Thanks...
