Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Download the previous version of the Chrome or any other browsers
2. Never get to up to date
3. Using other Play Store a website to download Google application rather than use of Google Play Store

When we use YouTube on a chrome or any other browsers the YouTube Advertising appears on the video will be discontinue if we reset the webpage so the big issue is the client pay for the advertising but they did not get the worth of money they are paying

My official comment is people use to watch youtube video on Chrome or other browsers rather than using YouTube application the money which paid by the client to the Google for advertising their brand. But what that paying for they will never get because this bug is a major issue in this era.
