Feature Request : Task Manager "task name" column should have a wider default width.

Issue descriptionChrome version : 64.0.3245.0 (Official Build) 140f8ce04cc4ee5d4b3ca2eb83888d2452a1f43b-refs/heads/master@{#510270} 32/64 bit OS : Windows (7,8,10) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome, open NTP and press 'Shift' + 'Esc' keys to open chrome task manager. 2. Observe the process names in 'Task' column. Actual Result : Task names are not seen in chrome task manager, instead only text continuation is seen. Expected Result : Task names should be visible in chrome task manager. This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-64’ and using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results, Good build : 64.0.3243.0 (Revision : 509637) Bad build : 64.0.3244.0 (Revision : 509944) You are probably looking for a change made after 509928 (known good), but no later than 509929 (first known bad). + nick In the "expected results", only the first two characters are visible. That's not particularly useful either. I'm not sure this is a regression. The column has always been a little too short. I'm removing the RB-B label, and making this an available feature request.

nick@ is out on paternity leave. I agree that this has been a problem for a long time, not just due to the change in the memory column width. Can we make the default width of the task manager itself wider so that it's possible to read most task names? It's much too narrow by default. Does that need any UX approval, or can we just do it?
