Unable to access sender's address in an existing draft

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 62.0.3202.62 (Official Build) (64-bit)
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
  None

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Login to your Gmail account from Google chrome
(2)Click compose and create a Draft. Keep it empty and log out
(3)Re-Login to your Gmail account and go to drafts and open your previously created empty draft


What is the expected result?
You should be able to access the "To" section text boxto add/remove the existing sender's mail address.

What happens instead?
You are unable to access the "To" text-box (where you type the sender's mail address), it appears blank in spite of clicking on that section.

possible.

Unable to reproduce the issue on the reported chrome version 62.0.3202.62 and on the 
latest canary 64.0.3247.0 using Windows10, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.12.6 with the steps 
mentioned in comment#0. Attaching the screenshot of the same. 

@Reporter: Could you please check the same by clearing the cache and in a new profile. If 
the issue still persists please try re-installing the chrome. Any further inputs from your end 
helps us to triage the issue in a better way.
