Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create at least two user profiles
2. Open at least one window for each user profile
3. Pick a user profile at random and minimize the first window that was opened for it
4. Observe all other windows of other profiles flash black (it can also disrupt video playback)

What is the expected behavior?
Nothing should happen when a window is minimized

What went wrong?
In chrome://gpu, every time the issue occurs, the following is appended to the log:
