What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
The new sign in screen on chromebook is  garbage who on earth thought this up and what was the point of it?  We have a choice of wallpaper (what for) as they are now all blurry. A total waste of time.You have to have a screw loose to think that this is ok, not only that but my name is now on full view where as it used to be just a login/password logo.Very disappointed.
