Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Update to latest chrome 2. start chrome 3. all tabs have sad face and dark grey in the window. Nothing loads What is the expected behavior? pages would load What went wrong? Yes 61.0.3163.100 Chrome version: 60.0.3112.101 Channel: stable OS Version: OpenSuse Leap 42.2 Flash Version: Downgrading to a previous version of chrome everything works as expected. It is only this latest version of chrome where these crashes occur.

Starting with sandboxing off is a work around: google-chrome --no-sandbox ATTENTION: default value of option force_s3tc_enable overridden by environment.
