Able to reproduce the issue on the reported version 62.0.3202.62 and latest canary 64.0.3243.0 Using Windows 10, Ububtu 14.04 and Mac 10.12.6. As the issue is seen from M50 (50.0.2661.0) triaging this as non-regression and marking it as untriaged.

(Above comment was me failing to reproduce because I was using F11 to fullscreen, whilst the bug report actually meant for one to use the media controls to fullscreen. Re-running the bisect now.)

This no longer reproduces. A reverse bisect pointed to: You are probably looking for a change made after 563060 (known bad), but no later than 563066 (first known good).
