Corruption of text and red color distortion with hardware acceleration

Reported by harkinst...@gmail.com, Oct 19 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.62 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install Chrome 62
2.
3.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Chrome is corrupted when hardware acceleration is enabled. Text is distorted and overall redish colour throughout. Disabling hardware acceleration fixes it. It's been like this for a few builds now.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 62.0.3202.62 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0

harkinsteven@, are you able to attach the contents of about:gpu (navigate to about:gpu, save as website, complete)? This will help us identify the hardware on which this issue occurs.
I've attached the files. I'm running windows 10 Fall Creators update, and using a GTX 1080 with latest drivers.

I have this hardware. I'll try to reproduce the issue.

harkinsteven@ - are you able to attach a screenshot of what you're seeing? Thanks!
This is what it looks like.

Sorry for the slow response. I haven't seen this on my local hardware. harkinsteven@, is this still happening for you?
Yes. Im not sure it's a chrome issue though as it is happening with a
couple other programs. I'm guessing some sort of hardware acceleration
issue with windows. Everything on my end is up to date and a fresh install
of windows. I have no idea what is causing it.
