gzip content real transfer size seems wrong

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open https://g.alicdn.com/mui/global/3.0.27/global.css
2. go to inspector check `Size` column
3. get 36KB

What is the expected behavior?
get 11KB

What went wrong?
from inspector and har, transfer size is 36.6 KB, but other browser like firefox and curl (copy from inspector command) shows transfer size is 11 KB

Did this work before? N/A

Curl is showing a 36kb download here. Same as Chrome and FF both showing 36KB download.

Looks to be working as expected. Although, you content-length header on the response seems wrong, which could be the source of confusion.

This is on Linux though. Using FF stable and nightly as well as Chrome Dev Channel (v63 currently.)
you curl command need add `--compressed`  flag, tell server to return gzipped content.
