The selected text become non-selected after right click in Text app

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10026.0.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3236.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Launch Text App
2. Key in some text
3. Select the text
4. right click the selected text 

What is the expected behavior?
Show menu to copy, cut, etc

What went wrong?
The selected text become non-selected
