request large js file very slowly

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.62 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. request js file http://s0.qhres.com/static/7a05b26b84923abc/livecloud/build/usercenter.js very slowly, snapshot is https://p4.ssl.qhimg.com/t013182d96819406c40.jpg 2. But much faster request with firefox/safari 3. When i download js file to localhost, and use nginx to locate, it also has this problem(disable gzip is also) What is the expected behavior? Able to reproduce the issue on the reported chrome version 62.0.3202.62 and on the latest canary 64.0.3243.0 on Windows10, Mac 10.12.6 and on Ububtu 14.04 with the steps mentioned in comment#0. As the issue is seen from M50(50.0.2634.0) considering it as non-regression and marking as untriaged.

Note this is only slow if this script is a main resource -- that's because the time is actually spent on layout. I think this is a known problem with layout of large text nodes, but I struggle to find a good issue to merge this to -- perhaps crbug.com/617143 ?
