Network connection status does not display fully

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9765.85.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.123 Safari/537.36 Platform: 9765.85.0 (Official Build) stable-channel terra Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. click user icon for settings 2. click network 3. checking "connected" character What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? when the "connected" or "connecting" displayed in Chinese, it does not display fully, include the network part and VPN part, just like the green characters show in the attached file Did this work before?
