What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Hover over a Bookmark item on the Bookmarks Bar

What is the expected result?
The fade-out animation should be smooth like the fade-in animation.

What happens instead?
The fade-out animation is quicker than the fade-in animation.

Hover timing should be consistent for all buttons. See also  issue 775594  and issue 648729. (For Toolbar Buttons it was fixed in  issue 593531 . Comment 15 says 250 ms is used for both fade-in and fade-out.)
