Extra "comma" announced by TalkBack

Project Member Reported by wychen@chromium.org, Oct 18 2017

Issue description

Chrome Version: M64
OS: Android

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enable TalkBack
(2) Visit https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Computer_science
(3) Let TalkBack announce the whole page

What is the expected result?
In the first paragraph, we should hear: "Computer science is ...".

What happens instead?
TalkBack announced "Computer science, comma, is ...".

The relevant HTML is:
Computer science is ...

However, similarly structured HTML on other sites sounds normal. I haven't been able to find what causes the discrepancy.

The extra "comma" is announced at the end of every <b>, <p>, and links.

Hmm. crbug doesn't escape html entities?

I meant the HTML is:

  <b>Computer science</b> is ...
