During use of my desktop this morming, this address bar suddenly appeared at the top of my screen.  It appears irrespective what application I am using (Edge, Internet Explorer, Word, or a blank screen.  I have deleted Google Chrome browser from this computer but that had no affect on eliminating this annoying bar.

What do I need to do to delete this bar?

What is the expected result?
A clean screen.
