Links inside of a frame set to open in that frame or new tab do not update to a:visited. Opening in new window does.

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36 Example URL: http://help.adobe.com/en_US/robohelp/2017/robohtml/index.html#t=book%2Frob_gettingstarted_gs%2FGetting_started-.htm Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open the link above. In the topic frame, click a link. If the link is set to open in a new tab or frame, as the link on the Getting Started topic (www.adobe.com/go/learn_robohelp_product_en) is, it will turn to a different color when you go back to the original tab. 2. Browse to another topic with links in it, like http://help.adobe.com/en_US/robohelp/2017/robohtml/index.html#t=book%2Frob_gettingstarted_gs%2FWhats_new_in_RoboHelp_release_2017-ee5u.htm , the What's New in 2017 release topic. All of the links on that page are set to open in the same frame. Click a link, then reload the original topic, and you will see that the link did not change color, even though you visited it and the stylesheet for the site does have a:visited set to change to a different color. If you use the Right-click link>Inspect tool, you can actually click visited and watch it change colors, like it is supposed to, but it still doesn't work as expected/instructed. 3. What is the expected behavior? The link should change to the visited color even if the visit was within a frame. What went wrong? Attached video of me inspecting the value. Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: I am a web help creator and am trying to pass a new skin through QA, this fails only in chrome. I will mark it as a known issue, but many, many companies use robohelp, and many companies will likely fail this issue. Thanks!

Also adding CSS as it should be reflected in style.

Problem does not occur in Edge, Firefox, Safari: links opened in a frame are displayed as visited. Problem occurs in all Chrome builds I tested (Chrome 37 .. head): links opened in a frame are not displayed as visited. Note that the links are displayed as visited if, before opening the links, I escape the frame using https://help.adobe.com/en_US/robohelp/2017/robohtml/book/rob_gettingstarted_gs/Whats_new_in_RoboHelp_release_2017-ee5u.htm
