'back' does not work properly after clicking In-pdf links

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
0. navigate to arbitrary page with linked pdf
1. click on pdf link (pdf must have with hyperlinks)
2. scroll to hyperlink
3. click the hyperlink
4. click 'back'

What is the expected behavior?
Browser should return to the state between 2 and 3
[or at least between 1 and 2]

What went wrong?
Browser returns to the state between 0 and 1
