Bluetooth loses connectivity when device sleeps; does not wake up when device does |
||||||||||||||||||||||
Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9765.81.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.120 Safari/537.36 Platform: 9765.81.0 (Official Build) stable-channel zako Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Allow Chromebox to sleep (e.g., attend a 30-minute meeting) 2. On return, try to wake device by typing on Bluetooth keyboard 3. Device unresponsive. Check Bluetooth in system tray and find it greyed out. What is the expected behavior? Bluetooth connectivity retained through a period of inactivity or quickly reestablished after returning to device. What went wrong? Chromebox loses connection to Bluetooth device; to get the connection back, I had to click system tray, Bluetooth, settings wheel, then click device to reconnect. Clicking device from initial Bluetooth screen did not reconnect. Did this work before? Yes not sure but issue has appeared in last two weeks. Chrome version: 61.0.3163.120 Channel: n/a OS Version: 9765.81.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 27.0 r0 This is exasperating.
