Are there sites where this reliably reproduces? This seems pretty bad (higher than a P3)

Sadly, nothing that I can give as a way to reliable reproduce this. I did see it at least three times on Dev within the last week.

Has anyone seen this or been able to reproduce since the original report?

Haven't seen it since that week. I wouldn't be surprised if this was fixed without realizing it.

Will close as wontfix for now, can revive it if necessary later.
