Areas of the Page are rendering black, or with content from previous page

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
https://github.com/wallabyjs/public/tree/master/sample

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Developer Tools
2. Open a webpage (e.g. https://github.com/wallabyjs/public)
3. Click a link to navigate elsewhere (e.g. click the sample directory in GitHub)

What is the expected behavior?
The page renders correctly

What went wrong?
The page renders with content from the previous page, or a black area of the page.

Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

This may be related to a similar issue I've seen before, which only ever affected Developer Tools https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=728619&can=2&start=0&num=100&q=&colspec=ID%20Pri%20M%20Stars%20ReleaseBlock%20Component%20Status%20Owner%20Summary%20OS%20Modified&groupby=&sort=

Thanks for filing the issue.
Unable to reproduce the issue on windows 7, 10 using chrome reported version-61.0.3163.100, latest stable-62.0.3202.62 & Canary-64.0.3247.0 as per the above information.

Page rendered properly without any issue for the above mentioned URL.

Could you please check the issue by upgrading chrome to latest stable-62.0.3202.62  with  clean profile (without any apps and extensions) & let us know your observations on the same.

Very likely the same cause as 728619. Over to Internals>GPU to triage.
Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
Closing due to lack of feedback. If the issue is still occurring please file a new bug and include your chrome://gpu information (right click then Save As).
