It's a little unclear from the report, but I believe this is working as intended. See code comments on the fullscreen controller: https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/chrome/browser/ui/exclusive_access/fullscreen_controller.h?l=37 When full screening while capturing tab content, the content is captured and sent in full screen (ie no ui will be captured), but the local tab display will remain within the tab (with an adjusted view to show what is actually being captured). The page itself should behave as if it has been full screened. If the intent is to have both the local view and the captured view be full screened a desktop capture may work better. I'm not sure if the 'Tab Capturing & Sharing extension' supports that though.

@amp - Is there any update on this issue. Can we consider this as feature request.

Closing as won't fix, working as intended. There isn't enough detail to understand what the desired functionality is, and it may be supported with existing features already (ie desktop capture mentioned in comment #4). If there is a specific ask please open a new feature request and clarify the scenario's where it would differ from the current implementation. |
