Latin keyboard gesture function works abnormally after log out then log in again

version 60.0.3112.114 (officail build) unknown (64 bit)
Platform 9592.91.0（official build) dev-channel clapper test 
Firmware Google_clapper.5216.199.7


REPRO STEPS:
1.Go to any Latin layout,eg.US layout
2.Swipe finger on layout, gesture function is ok
3.Logout then log in  again
4.Invoke US layout, swipe again,

Actual:
Gesture function is abnormally , refers to attached video

Note：
Switch to another layout then back to US keyboard, gesture function is ok again
