What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and login to https://twitter.com/ with valid credentials.
(2)Click 'save' button from password bubble, click on manage password link button
(3)Now select entire text from url and paste it, observe

Actual: Able to copy/paste password field in manage password

Expected: Should not allow to copy/paste password field in manage password.

This is a regression issue broken in 'M61' and below is the bisect info
Good Build: 61.0.3132.0 
Bad Build:  61.0.3133.0 

You are probably looking for a change made after 479981 (known good), but no lat
er than 479982 (first known bad).
