Issue descriptionApp Version: 64.0.3242.0 canary iOS Version:10.3.3, 11.0.1 Device : iPhone Steps to reproduce : 1. Launch chrome and sign in to chrome. 2. Tap on Menu > Settings > Select the signed in user. 3. Tap on any profile in the list. 4. Tap on Update Profile > Tap on Set Profile photo 5. Open Newtab from chrome widgets in “take a photo” popup Observed results: GLIF,QR scanner code, dismiss icons do not have functionality.
