Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open chrome and point to http://localhost:8080 2. Start your dev server at localhost:8080 3. Observe chrome reload the page upon detecting server is up, then try tabbing through menus. Chrome menus receive tab focus, but tab will not travel to the page until you reload again. What is the expected behavior? As soon as the page renders / loads, its focusable elements are available for tabbing over, as normal. What went wrong? Tabbing through only tabbed over menus in Chrome address bar, and not over the page's focusable elements, until the page was reloaded. Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: This is a small bug. But it makes me think that some things that are loaded or attached to the page context / embedder during a user-directed reload, are not loaded when the page is reloaded upon chrome detecting the server has come online. If you can't reproduce, don't worry it's probably just a quirk of my setup.

Good, professional looking repro attempt, by the way! Testing again on 62.0.3202.75... Results: Disabled all extensions, tried 3 times, can't reproduce. Finally, just some questions about your repro attempt: - Your form field did not have autofocus set, correct? - You did not click the reloaded page to get focus, correct? - After the auto reload, you only tabbed out of the address bar into the page, correct? I think if the answers were 3 yesses, then your repro attempt was exactly what I would have done. So nothing missing, AFAICT. The original report may have just been cosmic rays. Thanks for your time on this
