What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open Chrome
(2) Click on Menu
(3) Click on History or Settings or Bookmarks (if new bookmark flag is ON)
Rotate the screen.

What is the expected result?
The modal view should not be blank.

What happens instead?
The modal view becomes blank.

Reading List, Recent tabs don't have this issue.
It seems this bug only happen on "Plus" but not iPad and other iPhones.
