Aw Snap! Has bad layout on macOS 10.9 until the browser is resized.

Chrome Version       : 64.0.3242.0
OS Version: OS X 10.9.5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Navigate to chrome://crash

What is the expected result?

No overlapping text.


What happens instead of that?

Overlapping text. Goes away if the browser is resized.

Note this probably isn't worth fixing.. but we probably want a Hotlist-Mavericks or tracking bug (done).
